Weekly Meal Plan - Classic Dishes

This week we will be having a lot of classic dishes. Here is the plan:

Leftovers (all lunch portions, 2 cup Pyrex bowls):

Beef and Barley Soup: 5
Chicken Pot Pie: 5 (ate two for leftovers on Thursday, froze 3)
Combo of Spaghetti/Tomato Sauce with E and FGT Parm: 5

  1. Ok so Cindy and I went to the store Sunday and we bought an Eggplant because it was so beautiful and perfect looking and we also thought Eggplant Parmesan sounded good. I will wait until Thursday to make it though so I can use your recipe. I will probably combine the Spaghetti and Eggplant Parmesan into one meal. This will be fun!!!! Also I emailed a recipe from Jen that she got from "Closet Cooking" for Artichoke Bread that we made Sunday night for dinner. It was really good. Cindy said that it was "the best thing she ever ate".

  2. I can send you the recipes now! I will also be combining the spaghetti and eggplant parmesan, we can't have a meal without carbs! I am making the sauce on Tuesday (double batch).

    I follow the Closet Cooking blog...Jen recommended it. He is good. I saw his Artichoke bread and was tempted to try it. I guess now I have to!
